Psycho-Motor Skills Discussion. Interview with Karl Shreeves. Karl is the Director of Training Development at PADI. We discuss psycho-motor skills and how that relates to teaching and performing scuba diving. Psychomotor skills refers to a wide range of actions involving physical movement related to conscious cognitive processing.
